After Hours Parties

Need a fun place to have your next party or event? How about a pool party! Don’t let the cold of the winter or the heat of the summer keep you out of the pool. Whether it’s a birthday party, family reunion, or corporate event Southwest Aqua sports is happy to party with you.

Want the pool to yourself? Need a later time than our business hours? After Hours parties is where it’s at! For a premium Southwest Aqua Sports will stay late for your party. After Hours Parties are only available on Saturdays.

Party Agreement

Must be submitted and signed by all party hosts. This does not reserve a party date! Parties must be paid in full to reserve the date. Pool Rules: No Running No Horseplay No Diving unless in 16 Foot No Cell Phone Use on Deck or in Locker Rooms No Climbing on rails or hanging on lane lines No Food Drinks must be in bottles or have a lid No Glass Containers Starting Block use requires management approval Share Lanes Lap lanes are for lap swimming Water weights are for aerobic use only No Public Display of Affection Those who are not toilet trained must be in swim diapers Fecal accidents resulting from neglecting Swim Diaper Rule will result in a $100 Cleaning Fee Do NOT use the pool if you are experiencing diarrhea Children under the age of 16 must have a parent present Inflatable life preservers are not allowed No water guns are allowed No one in dry hallway between bathrooms and spa Lifeguards are the final authority in the pool area

I understand that this form does not insure me of any date or time. I understand that all parties at this facility must be paid in full in order to reserve a date.*

By checking this box I am aware there are NO REFUNDS on parties. I also understand that parties cancelled less than 24 hours before booked time or No-Shows can NOT be rescheduled. *

By checking this box I am aware that I can reschedule my party only once IF I gave more than a 24 hour notice of cancellation.

By checking this box I am aware that I have 15 minutes before and after my party for setup and cleanup.

I am aware that if I have scheduled an after hours party my attendees will be asked to exit the water 30 minutes before the end of my party as we will need to have time to clean and shower and change before leaving.

I understand there is to be no glitter, confetti in my decorations (even confined in balloons).There is to be no silly string or smash cakes.*
