The SWAS Swim Team is more than just a club—it’s a family of passionate youth athletes ages 7 to 18 who dive into challenges and rise with every stroke. Our program offers year-round competitive training designed to nurture not only fast swimmers, but strong, confident individuals.

Registration Fees:
USA Swimming: You will need to register your swimmer with USA Swimming.
Premium Membership ($80): All ages welcome, Premium Membership allows your swimmer to compete in unlimited meets, renewable every year.
Flex Membership ($30): Swimmers aged 12 and under, Flex Membership allows your swimmer to compete in 2 sanctioned meets a year.
Booster Club:
When a swimmer joins Southwest Aqua Sports (SWAS), their parents automatically become members of our Booster Club. This vital organization funds key team expenses—including coach travel, banquet awards, equipment, and more—while monthly pool dues cover only coaching salaries and pool rental.
To support these additional needs, each family is required to pay a $75 annual Booster Club registration fee. Registration is completed online each September. Families who join mid-year will pay the $75 upon joining and again during the September registration period.
SWAS hosts one annual fundraiser—the Swim-A-Thon every summer—to support the Booster Club. Families may choose to participate or opt out by making a direct $125 donation to SWAS.
All parents also take part in our Parent Volunteer Program, helping foster a strong and supportive team community.
